Hhybrid kickboxing, is a cutting edge, new age martial arts program based on a compilation of martial arts including Ted Wong Jeet Kune Do, combat hapkido, boxing and kickboxing. The course is designed to increase the users bio motor abilities and situational awareness. All ages welcome.
