Iron Warriors Training Center

Description:

The Iron Warriors Training Center adheres to the precept that only iron can sharpen iron. Based on this, we see ourselves as a center for self improvement through the development of "Iron Warriors." We offer classes in the combat ready systems of Shuri Ryu Karate-do and Shinto Yoshin Kai Jiu Jitsu. We also offer classes for those wishing to compete in or practice mixed martial arts (MMA). Never the less, all students are exposed to and expected to master the essential rudiments of wrestling, boxing, kick boxing and "reality-based" self defence.
